Why I Do This — And Why I'm Still Here After 21 Years
I started serving process in Northwestern Wisconsin in 2003. Back then, I quickly realized two things: the region needed someone dependable, and this work — done properly — actually matters. A missed serve or a botched affidavit doesn't just slow down a case; it can derail someone's access to justice entirely.
That weight pushed me to take this seriously from day one. I learned the statutes inside and out. I learned the counties — the back roads, the small towns, the patterns of people who don't want to be found. And I built a reputation, one case at a time, for being the process server who gets the job done without drama and without excuses.
Twenty-one years later, I'm still the one picking up the phone. Still the one driving out to Burnett County at 7 a.m. to catch someone before they leave for work. Still the one calling you back the same day with an update instead of leaving you guessing.
Why Northwestern Wisconsin Needs a Specialist
This isn't Milwaukee. There are no large process serving agencies out here. The attorneys and legal departments who operate in St. Croix, Polk, Burnett, Washburn, and Barron Counties need someone who actually knows the area — and who will be there when it matters, not just when it's convenient.
I am that person. And with two decades behind me, I've seen just about every situation this work can throw at you: evasive subjects, difficult addresses, complex corporate service, emergency restraining orders that need to be served tonight. I've handled them all.
My Commitment to Every Client
Whether you're a solo attorney sending me a single serve or a law firm with ongoing volume, you get the same thing: professional service, honest communication, and a court-ready affidavit that you can file with complete confidence.
I'm not the cheapest option. I'm the most reliable one. And after 21 years, that's a distinction I'm proud of.
